Voice resonance training
Learn to control your vocal resonance through visual feedback.
No theory required. Just watch, listen, and match.
Microphone access required
Your voice has pitch (how high or low) and resonance (how bright and forward it sounds — the “size” of the space inside your mouth and throat). Feminising the voice is mostly about lifting resonance — so that's what we train here.
Make the space inside your mouth smaller and brighter — a small, bright “eee”, like a tiny kitten. The first few times it can help to gently press up on your larynx (voice box) with a finger, just to feel the lift — then learn to do it without.
Turn your phone sideways. On a 3·2·1 countdown, make a steady “eee”. A line rises as your resonance rises — lift it into the green band and hold until it reaches the end. Each try stacks up so you can watch yourself climb.
Try to lift resonance without your pitch rising with it. If your pitch drifts up, the line turns amber — ease the pitch back down while keeping the brightness.
💛 Keep it gentle. If your throat feels tight or sore, stop and rest. Short, relaxed tries beat forcing it.
🔒 Private by design — all analysis happens on your device. Your voice is never recorded or uploaded.
Sustain a relaxed "eee" sound at a comfortable pitch.
Keep it steady for a few seconds.
